Rosaça dos Ventosvol. Resumo: Este trabalho teve como objetivo analisar as características da oferta e demanda do turismo voltado ao segmento LGBT. Abstract: This study objectives to analyze tourism supply characteristics and demand to LGBT segment. The exploratory research was realized in Santa Maria-RS, using a questionnaire to LGBT public, with participation of people, as well as two semi-structured interviews with two travel agencies employees. Results show the relationship of purchasing determinants pointed out to leisure, culture, adventure and security. However, travel agencies do not offer specific products or tourist packages for this public, which indicates mismatch between travel agencies and the latent potential demand verified.
